1. General Refund & Return Policy

  • No Refunds for Completed Services: Payments made for custom software development, website design, and IT consulting services are non-refundable once the project is initiated.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if the project is not started or if a valid dispute is raised before work begins.
  • Subscription-Based Services: Subscription fees for services such as website maintenance, hosting, and digital marketing are non-refundable after activation.

2. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

We allow refund requests under the following conditions:

  • The request is submitted within 7 days of payment for services that have not yet started.
  • The cancellation request is officially submitted via email at support@esenceweb.com.
  • Refunds for technical issues in digital products are subject to investigation and approval by our team.

Non-Refundable Services:

  • Custom Software Development (Once initiated)
  • Domain Registration & SSL Certificates (As per third-party provider policies)
  • Web Hosting & Server Setup Fees
  • Paid Consultation Services

3. Payment Reversal & Chargeback Policy

  • Unauthorized Transactions: If a transaction is flagged as unauthorized, customers must report it to our support team within 24 hours for verification.
  • Chargeback Disputes: Any chargeback filed with a payment provider (PayPal, Stripe, etc.) without prior discussion with us may result in account suspension.
  • Bank Disputes: If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us before disputing with your bank to avoid unnecessary account restrictions.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (credit card, UPI, PayPal, etc.).
  • Customers will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the stipulated period:

  • Check your bank account for pending transactions.
  • Contact your payment provider for processing delays.
  • If issues persist, email billing@esenceweb.com for assistance.

6. Refund & Cancellation for Digital Products

For digital software, plugins, and scripts:

  • No refunds will be issued for downloadable software once accessed.
  • Refunds are allowed only in case of technical defects, provided they are reported within 3 days of purchase.
  • Customers must provide proof of the issue (screenshots, error logs) for review.

7. Refund Policy for Training & Consultation Services

For corporate training, IT consultation, and digital courses:

  • Refunds are allowed only if cancellation is requested 3 days before the scheduled session.
  • No refunds for missed sessions without prior notice.
