- Project-Based Services: Payments made for custom software, web development, and digital marketing services are non-refundable once the project has commenced.
- Subscription-Based Services: Customers can cancel subscriptions at any time, but refunds will not be provided for the remaining period.
- Domain & Hosting: Fees for domain registration, hosting, and SSL certificates are non-refundable after activation.
- Cancellation Requests: Clients must submit a written request via support@esenceweb.com for any cancellations.

4. Pricing & Taxes
- All prices listed on our website and invoices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST, VAT, etc.).
- Clients are responsible for paying any applicable local, state, or international taxes.
- Custom quotations for enterprise solutions may vary based on project complexity and additional services.
5. Late Payments & Penalties
- If payment is not received within the due date, a late fee of 2% per month will be applied.
- Continuous non-payment beyond 30 days may result in service suspension or termination.
- Legal action may be initiated for unpaid invoices beyond 90 days.
6. Security & Fraud Prevention
- All payments are processed through secure payment gateways with SSL encryption.
- We do not store sensitive financial details such as credit card numbers.
- Any fraudulent transactions will be reported to the respective authorities, and services will be permanently terminated for the account.
