Course Terms & Conditions

Fees Refund & Cancellation Policy:

Read all these (below mentioned) details, rules, terms, and conditions very carefully. Esenceweb IT will not responsible for any consequences/losses. Save these terms and conditions for your own reference.

Admission of a candidate in a particular course will be confirmed after paying the course fee or installment at least 3 days before the course commencement date.  

If a batch is declared full, even if a candidate is registered, the First Come First Serve Method will be implemented for the selection of candidates in a particular batch and the rest of the candidates will be considered as advance registrations for the next upcoming batch for the same course.  

If a candidate is willing to change his/her batch, will have to submit a written application in hard copy or email us requesting the same. Management will provide him/her with a seat in the next batch.  

Once paid fees will not be refunded in any case because it involves several costs (lead cost,  taxes, consultation, etc.) associated with the same.  

Hence it is requested to take a confirmed decision before taking up admission.  

Students will be given an original receipt of the paid fees, on the spot. If a person in management refuses to give a receipt due to any reason, the student can refuse to pay the fee or complaint to the higher management. 

Request for a change in fee payment date will be approved with the permission of higher management.  

The Registration Fee and GST component of the fee paid by students will not be refunded under any circumstances. If a new student canceled his/her enrollment 7 or more calendar days before the scheduled start day of the class, the new student is entitled to a full refund of the fee.  

But if a new student cancels his/her registration 1-6 days after the course commencement date,  he/she will be entitled to refund only 50% of the fee, after the deduction of taxes and registration fee. Any other request for cancellation or refund will not be entertained.  

Refund will be processed by the finance office of Esenceweb upon receiving approval from the Director (Admission) and will be paid by crossed cheque in the name of the student or father/guardian after 90 days from the date of receipt.

Enrolled Courses will not be changed after confirmation by students.

The fee once paid is not refundable or adjustable under any circumstances in the future. Don’t pay any extra amount apart from the requisite fee. Admission once canceled will not be re-considered and the fee paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. All payment is final so… no chargeback or refunds the application fee is paid for the course and is not refundable.

Cancellation of Admissions:

Admission of a student will be considered canceled under the following circumstances:  

1. Failure in attend 4 consecutive classes, without prior permission/intimation. (Batch can be rescheduled with permission of management).  

2. Failure to pay the required fee in accordance with the respective course. 

3. Violation of rules and regulations of our institute in any form. 

4. Esenceweb reserves the right to cancel the admission (if required) at any time without giving any prior intimation or reason.  

5. A student going on a break (i.e prolonged absence from the course) without informing and without fulfilling the requisite procedure is considered as a dropout case and that may lead to the loss of his/her candidature. Such students can be allowed to continue their courses with the permission of the management of the Esenceweb team.  

6. Shifting from one batch to another is termed transfer. This transfer will be initiated by our management team after they receive the request from the candidate.  

7. A break/transfer for a course is only permitted after the student pays the full course fees. If a  student does not pay the same, a re-admission fee of 10% of course value shall be charged. 

8. An application for a break or transfer has to be submitted by the student to his/her respective program coordinator. Approval for a break or transfer is in the hands of the management and is based on the necessity or urgency of the case. In the event of a transfer, a suitable batch,  based on the availability of seats, will be allotted to the student. Management can reject the request if not found valid enough for the transfer. The decision will be final and no request will be entertained further. 

9. The duration of a break between the courses can be a maximum of 2 months and only one break will be allowed for the course.  

10. During the period when a student is on break, changes in course structure, up-gradation, or dropping a course might occur. In this situation, the student needs to either cancel his/her admission or be admitted into an alternative course by paying the difference in the course fee.  Fee refunds will not be made in such cases and Esenceweb will not own responsibility for the same. 

11. In the event of a student taking a break, on his/her rejoining, if the course fee* has been raised, the student has to pay the difference of the fee.

100% Job Guarantee Terms and conditions:

1. You must have good theoretical and practical knowledge of the course enrolled and pass all our assessment tests with a minimum of 75% marks.  

2. You must maintain an attendance record of a minimum of 80% in Theory Batches, 80% in  Assignment/Practical Batches for the entire course. 

3. You have to pay the full course fee, as per your installment plan. 

4.No late fees will be allowed, if you pay a late fee Rs 500/- per day charged will be applied to the fees.

5. Only those students who complete their course in a given duration.

6. If you paid the course fees as per your installment plans, then only we will provide you the completion certificate regarding the course.

7. Always use exact same email id used during admission or only the registered email id for any correspondence in the future. Do not use or contact through any other email id which is not registered with us. You will not receive any response, and Esenceweb IT will not be responsible for any losses. If your email id is changed then inform us instantly by mail at info@esenceweb.com (Your registered email id is your unique identity

8. Any change in address, email id, phone number, mobile number, or any other details must be informed in advance. For this students must submit the online form from https://www.esenceweb.com/ (The form must be submitted within 5 working days to make it effective).

9. Student must submit their qualification documents (Marksheet), and identity proofs along with the application form. The application form will not be processed without all documents. If you need any additional time, then a request email to info@esenceweb.com must be sent for pre-approval.

 

10. We are not responsible for delays in course fee payment on a given time period due to holidays, payment processing time, or any other reason from your side. We are not responsible for processing delays by a payee etc. and We may charge you additional late fees on the basis number of delayed days, so it is always requested that- Pay your course fee before time to avoid any type of late fee and always check website for updates, announcements, changes, etc. and also check your emails.

 

11. For any request, help, or complaint, etc. always contact us by email and not by phone, Esenceweb IT Training & Services will not be responsible for any complaint regarding the telephonic conversation, any wrong information or the support team’s promises over the phone, etc., so always use email as a contact or support method, so we and you can track every contact activity/communication. always use e-mail, because you have a record and can get a read receipt.

12. It is your responsibility to review, contact and visit our websites, and the support team from time to time to ensure that you continue to agree with all of its terms. If you have any questions, please contact us. It is students' first duty to read the terms, conditions, emails, etc., and any losses caused due to this will not consider in any circumstances. Every student must have his/her active email id and phone number. (Unacceptable reasons- My email account was hacked, my email account was not working, I don’t have an internet connection, there was an internet connectivity problem, I don’t have an email ID, I don’t have knowledge about computer or internet, power failure, the account was deleted, I was busy, I was out of country or city, other official works, official or personal reasons, health or bed rest reasons, etc.…)

13. Always submit assignments on time without any delay to avoid suspension/activation fees.

14. There may be some changes/updates in Rules, Regulations, Terms, Conditions, Fee Structures, Course Patterns, Syllabus, Login keys, etc. every 2-3 months or bi-annually so always visit the website for updates/announcements and also check emails regularly. Almost all activities are online and you can get all updates online.

15. Please read all the rules, regulations, terms, and conditions carefully (Before Application and Fee Payment), to avoid any kind of trouble or misunderstandings, at a later stage any kind of objections, requests, or complaints will not be entertained in any situation. Violations of rules, terms & conditions; unacceptable arguments, inappropriate behavior; the negligence to confirm dates, submit an assignment, any fee payment, updates, changes, announcements, checking emails regularly, etc. will not be tolerated in any circumstances. Changes, if any, made in the admission rules, guidelines, and/or in the T&C from time to time shall be applicable to candidates seeking admission to the Esenceweb IT Training & Services.

14. You have to avoid installing unauthorized software and defacing the item with stickers or markings. Don’t use pen drives with laptops. Because proper security and backup software run at all times to avoid viruses and data loss.

15. You have to keep the item in a safe place away from heat or liquids and take the equipment outside the office if applicable. If any damage to any equipment is from your side the specified charges will be applicable.

16. If the Student breaks or loses a company laptop, mouse, keyboard, charger, and other equipment then he may be liable to replace it at a given cost. On the other hand, an employee who excessively uses a laptop at work for personal browsing or illegal purposes may face write-ups, investigations, or even termination depending on the offense.

17. Area, distance, location, city, place time, etc these things do not matter during the job placement process. If you will give the reasons regarding these things then we will not take any responsibility for your job.

18. Collect your fee receipt and copy of the terms and conditions after paying your installment within 2 days from the admission department.

19. The Job guarantee and place assistance will be provided by esenceweb IT only when you attend the mock interview by Esenceweb IT.

20. You have to carry your laptop if you enroll in Java courses, MEAN Stack, MERN Stack, and Software Testing.

21. We will provide job assistance only once after completing your course for the next two months. Also, we will provide only 6 months of technical support regarding coding, server-side, or any other third-party integrations after completing the course

22. You have to maintain your daily attendance in the attendance book, without attendance we will not continue your session or lecture. You are responsible if you don't maintain attendance.

23.If you do not wish to attend the mock interview after course completion on a given date then Esenceweb IT will not be responsible for further placement assistance and job guarantee. You have to mail hr@esencweb.com regarding whether you will not be interested in attending the mock interview.

It's our responsibility to train you well and help you to conduct multiple interviews to get placed in a good company at a committed salary package,  but you also understand that it's your responsibility to study hard, and improve your technical and communication skills to be able to clear the interviews. We can take you to the interview tables,  but going ahead with that will be totally based on your learnings and knowledge, and preparation for the interview.  

By writing these terms and conditions here, we want to discourage those students who are just dreaming to get a placement after their course, without studying. We don’t want those students to take admission with us and spoil our placement record and success rate. We want only serious candidates to enroll in the course. If you want to take admitted to any job guarantee course at Esenceweb, be prepared for rigorous training, knowledge-based learning, live practical-based understanding, and an in-depth study of the subject.

The team of trainers is here to help each student. If any students find it difficult to understand any particular topic, he/she needs to approach the instructor for the same to get the required guidance on the particular topic. Carelessness/negligence in these areas from the student will lead to a lack of understanding which will further hamper his/her placement. Kindly make sure that all your subject-related doubts are cleared during the session.
